Very unique lemonShark, it has a great vibe, playlist and decor. The food was great, we had the California Roll Bowl and the Maui heat wave (was actually spicy which is perfect). We arrived 30 minutes before closing and felt kinda pressured by the worker,but still kind.

I was very pleased to find a great poke bowl restaurant in Utah. They got the foundation items perfect. The fish, I had tuna and salmon, were excellent. I’d be happy with their fish at a high level sushi bar. I had sushi rice. It was sticky, but still had the bite you hope to find in well prepared rice. The options for their bowls are overwhelming but they have bowls they’ve created if you’re not sure what to combine. I asked for suggestions and received great guidance. The facility is clean and nicely decorated. The staff friendly and helpful. Sorry to say I’m just visiting the city; were I a resident I’d be a regular customer.

In town for work and have enjoyed having lunch here everyday. Their products are so fresh with extensive options. Truly a favorite place in town.

The poke here was incredibly delicious!! Tried the OG Hawaiian while my friend had the Mango poke ( not pictured here) and both were so tasty we finished them both right away! I was also impressed with the " fish bowl" room located inside the restaurant. It used to be a safe from the bank that used to be house there and has now become a cute, private space inside the restaurant! Highly recommend coming here for tasty poke and reasonable prices!

This place is awesome! If you like poke bowls, I would definitely recommend stopping by and grabbing some good quality poke here. The interior of the place is well decorated. The staff is super nice and patient and the taste of the food is the best part. Salmon was super fresh, as well as the rice and the krab. I am very picky with my food and this was a 10/10. We found street parking right in front of the place. Parking might be a little annoying but it’s definitely worth it. We were visiting from Orlando and we would definitely go back to this place on our next visit to Utah. Thank you for great food and a fantastic experience.

Lemon Shark is my overall favorite poke place here in Utah! There staff is super nice that helps you figure out how to build your poke bowl to your desires. My all time favorite poke is the classic ahi tuna, it’s super fresh and full of flavor! Sauce wise I’d go for the citrus ponzu and spicy mayo. Overall I’d recommend lemon shark to any poke lover!

I really like this place because they make your food super fast! Even when I order something that requires prep from the kitchen. Every time I go, I get a yummy poke bowl with fresh ingredients. The people who work there are very nice and always smile when they talk to you and super quick. The ingredients for the poke bowls are really good and everything tastes great. It's a great way to get a poke bowl exactly the way I want it. The restaurant is a fun spot to eat because it's bright and clean, and perfect for a quick bite- or comfortable enough to stay and linger. You can see them making your food right in front of you, which I love. I always tell my friends to go here for lunch or dinner.

I ordered the California Roll Bowl with a quinoa base—it was perfect! The crab salad was flavorful and plentiful, and the house-made cucumber salad had the delightful tang of freshly crafted pickles. My partner also tried the quinoa base and loved it. Every bite was a testament to the attention and care put into their dishes. However, while the food exceeded expectations, the dining atmosphere could use a bit of improvement. The restaurant was very quiet, almost too quiet—it would have been nice to have some music playing to create a livelier ambiance. Additionally, we noticed some awkward dynamics between the staff, with one lady micromanaging another, which made the experience a little uncomfortable. That said, both women were clearly working hard and trying their best. Despite these small hiccups, the food alone is worth coming back for. It's a hidden gem for anyone craving fresh, high-quality poke. I'll definitely return!
